FRUTA PLANTA is a wonderful way to get your goal. I went from a size 16 to a size 12 in 3 months, nothing short of a miracle. Every day I marvel at how much better I look and feel and enjoy compliments from my friends, family. I achieved this radical change without doing much exercise.

It doesn't work! Not at all! At least not for me. I will NOT be purchasing this again. Thank goodness it was cheap so I don't have to jump out of my window after wasting money on it. All it does is make me go to the potty...and not the fun potty trip either. You would think the potty trips would help me to lose weight - NOPE! I am annoyed. I miss Lida DaiDai Hua - the ONLY product that seemed to work. The original formula, not this revised, approved for the FDA version. All I wanted was 20lbs off. I had lost 40 with Lida and after losing my job gained 15-20 back. All I wanted was a boost and to get me to where I was when I was still working.
Eat. Don't eat. Exercise. Don't exercise. It won't matter. THESE PILLS DO NOT WORK!!!!

This product has been the best thing for me, I have been taking this for about half a month and have already lost 8 pounds and maybe exercise 3-4 times a week for 30-60 minutes and eat low carb. I have ordered 2 packages of these. They help me from having cravings through out the day and they give me lots of energy all day long too. I have three kids under 4 and I'm able to keep up them all day long, without needing to nap during the day. I love this product!

I saw the reviews of this product and thought I'd try it out of curiousity. I can't give exact numbers of how much weight i've lost but I definately haven't gained.
What does it do? It surpresses your appetite. To the point that you need to remind yourself to eat. It was always my problem that I'd start working out but was always hungrier and it counter-acted the progress I was making. I didnt feel much dizziness or upset stomach. At first I thought it might just be a placebo effect, however when I stopped taking it I noticed an increase in my appetite for sure. It also took a few days to wear off.
Some things to consider:
- I was going through alot of emotional stress in my relationship at the time and was very nerve-ey....it's possible that the lack of appetite was from that as well
- I started working out at the gym on a regular basis, 2-3 times a week at about an hour a session.
I would recommend anyone to just give it a try-- it's cheap enough that its not too much of an investment!
