I ordered these two weeks ago, the very first day I took them my appetite did lessen,I did lose six pounds. I did have side effects of feeling space out, very fast heartbeat, numbing sensation on the left side and dry throat. I drank eight bottles of water every day, which did not help the side effects too much. Beginning the second week of taking these pills, I started to feeling very tired, heart beating fast and a pounding headache on the top of my head, unable to exercise because of lack of energy. I have stop taking these pills. I am able to exercise again since going off these pills because I have energy once again from taking my multiviamins and having my spirutein protein shakes. I also do Mari Winsor pilates which is awesome. I will continue to exercise and eat my 5 small meals a day to increase my metabolism. I must say, I only needed to lose ten pounds, since I am 5ft 7 and was 145.....I am now 140 and will lose the other five by exercising. Two years ago, I was 185.00 pounds, and I did lose alot of weight by exercising and eating right and I was down to 127 lbs, which was a bit too skinny for me, therefore I ate alot to get back to 135 lbs, which I am comfortable with; no more or less. I gained back ten pounds from lack of exercising and I wanted a quick fix. Everyone is different, if you take the pills and have severe side effects where you just do not feel like yourself, then DO NOT take them. If you suffer no kind of effects or little effects, then I say take them. Dont rely on these pills for a long period of time, God only knows what the long term side effects are. Good luck everyone.

I bought this item after reading other reviews on it and I am glad I did! It really does supress your hunger, I used to be hungry all the time and on lunch I would go out and get a large meal which was bad since I sit in a desk all day but with 1 of these pills a day, I no longer do that, now I eat just because I know that I NEED to have something in my stomach, but it isn't that I was hungry. I also feel like I have more energy throughout the day. I don't know what is in these but I dont really care because they have never made me sick. I don't ever weigh myself so I can't say whether I'm losing weight but I know that it is just a matter of time, I do feel lighter though, and my clothes is a lot more comfortable! You should definitely buy it!
