Product Description
10-22-2007 - Brand New Item. Description - TAYLOR 7506 CHROME & GLASS LITHIUM DIGITAL SCALE

Amazon.com
Part of any responsible weight loss or fitness program should involve picking out an accurate scale to monitor results. This model from Taylor guarantees precise weight readings and runs on a lithium battery--which is not likely to die or weaken during the lifetime of the scale. The scale's attractive tempered-glass top mounts on an industrial-style chrome base, and measures 12-3/4 inches across, offering a spacious platform to stand on. The scale turns on with a quick step onto the glass platform. A large 1-inch LCD display makes it easy to see readings without bending down. Weight readings lock and display for 5 seconds before the unit shuts off to conserve battery power. The scale holds up to 300 pounds, and is covered by Taylor under a lifetime warranty. --Cristina Vaamonde

4 out of 5 stars Good Scale   March 9, 2010
R. Gordon
This is a great design and given high marks for accuracy and consistency by Consumer Reports. Like other digital scales it thinks for awhile then holds the final weight reading for a short time. The only shortcoming is that it does not give an audible beep when the final weight is registered, as some scales do, so you have to either watch the readout while still on the scale or just wait about 4 seconds then step off and look at the readout.

4 out of 5 stars What warranty??   March 9, 2010
Dan in Seattle (Seattle, Washington)
We have just received this Taylor 7506 bathroom scale. It looks very nice and appears to work perfectly so I have no complaints about the unit itself.

My quibble is that the Amazon product description says that there is a 5 year warranty. I cannot find anything on the package or in the package that I received to substantiate that claim.

The chances that I would ever need this product protection are probably slim, but it would be nice to know if I do have some kind of coverage or not.

5 out of 5 stars Awesome and Accurate scale   March 7, 2010
Robert J. Segal (South Jersey)
The scale has a very nice and clean design. Accurate to less than a pound.

Very easy to operate and numbers can be seen clearly...unfortunately. (LOL)

I would highly recommend this scale to anyone.

Also, the price from Amazon was terrific. This scale/model received the highest ratings from [...]

5 out of 5 stars Biggest looser scale   March 7, 2010
J. Burns (Ohio)
Taylor 7506 Precision Tech Lithium-Battery Electronic Glass/Chrome Scale

Love the looks of my new scale. Checked it out with my doctors scale and it was accurate to within 1 pound.
I believe Taylor makes the big scale used on the "biggest looser show" That may or may not mean anything but
it sure is good looking (for a scale)

5 out of 5 stars SCALE   March 7, 2010
Shirley A. Hochhalter (Surburbs of New Orleans)
It's a really neat scale!! The only problem is that it tells me that I have quite a few pounds to loose - this can't be true (can it). lol
